Saturday Depart Austin for Edinburgh, Scotland.

Sunday Arrive in Edinburgh. You will be collected at the airport for transfer to our base for the week, St. Andrews Golf Hotel, just 400 yards from the 1st tee on the Old Course. In the afternoon we play Crail. Enjoy some of the finest links golf in the St. Andrews’s area at the worlds 7th oldest club!

Monday Play Duke’s Course, which is set in spectacular parkland overlooking St. Andrews.

Tuesday Play Lundin Links a magnificent James Braid designed golf course. Lundin Links is just 30 minutes from St. Andrews and is one Scotland's lesser known gems.

Wednesday Play Carnoustie, thought by many to be the most challenging links golf course in the world and home to the British Open Championship in July, 2007.

Thursday Play Rosemount, Blairgowrie originally designed by Dr Alistair McKenzie, the renowned golf course architect who also designed Cypress Point and Augusta National.

Friday Play Ladybank, the premier inland course in Fife, set among great pine trees. britgolf has a special relationship with some of the local members at Ladybank, who have challenged us to a Ryder Cup style match!

Saturday We finish our tour with the magnificent Kingsbarns, voted #5 in “World Top 100 Courses You Must Play” by Golf World. Kingsbarns is a stunning finale to this wonderful week of golf in Scotland.

Sunday Depart from Edinburgh for Austin.

Accommodation: will be at “The St. Andrews Golf Hotel”, a superb location with spectacular views, true Scottish hospitality and cuisine to die for!

Transportation: we will be collected each day at the hotel and driven to and from that day’s course.

Playing The Old Course: The Old Course is immensely popular and as a result of this high demand, special conditions apply to booking. Anyone wishing to play The Old Course must book over a year in advance, however, around 50% of all starting times each year are put into the daily ballot (lottery) which is drawn every day for next day's play (except Sunday). The ballot is not a guarantee of playing, that said, ALL guests on the 2006 and 2007 britgolf trips played it. We will make every effort to ensure you get to play The Old Course during the week.
